DUTIES:  God's Zone, PromiseLand, KidsQwest, Toddler & nursery children's ministries (birth to 5th grade)

PASSIONS:  I cannot forget that one time when a little boy came to his Sunday school teacher and said, “This is the best day of my life.”  My passion is to make it possible for every kid to experience that same thing the little boy experienced.

PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY & LIFE:  To me, theology should not be kept only to pastors and seminary students. It should be taught to everyone, even to the little ones. Theology does not equal incomprehensible, highly intelligent thoughts or several hour-long speeches about the Word of God. Rather, theology is simply what God meant for you through all those stories you read in the Scriptures. My deepest desire is that every single kid in children’s ministry while at their young age will still be able to grasp the theology of love, of compassion, of sacrifice, and of service through what they are taught in Sunday school every week. From then on, they can write their own personal stories with God and share them with the world.

FOODS:  Growing up in a coastal city, I was raised on seafood. I think I got hooked on it.

OTHER QUIRKYNESSES:  I am a fruit maniac.  The fruit ladies at the local market in Danang are always among the first to know my presence in town.
