ONLINE GIVING gets an upgrade

Effective June 3, our online giving system has received a well-needed upgrade!

The most significant addition to the system is the ability for those giving online to create a username/password on our online giving site, which will allow you to:

  • See online giving history
  • Automatically schedule donations

 

What do I need to do to get started?

  1. To get to the online giving site, click the ONLINE GIVING button at the top of the page. 
  2. Once you read the disclaimer, click on the "GO TO SECURE ONLINE GIVING SITE" button; this will direct you to the online giving site.
  3. Click on the "Create profile" button to set up your new online giving account.

 

Is this profile different than my member login on the Hope website?

Yes.  Keep in mind that this is a username/password with Vanco Services, who processes our online giving.  So using the username/password on the regular Hope website login will not work on this online giving site.  Once you input your email address, mailing information and new password, you will have the ability to begin using the system.
