"One Prayer"

If someone asked you, "If God would answer ‘one prayer' for Hope Covenant Church, what would you pray?"

This is the premise for the new sermon series that we will begin on Sunday, June 1.  I am convinced that God is calling our church to make a difference for the kingdom of God, and to impact our world, we must think and act as Jesus taught us to live.  This is the premise of "One Prayer."  I am calling on each of us at Hope Covenant Church to ask God to reveal His heart for our church.  As God reveals to you your "One Prayer", submit it to me by card on Sunday morning, May 18, or online here.  Our staff will go through the prayers and select the 9 that we think best represent the heart of Hope, and those "prayers" we will preach on in June and July.

May God unite us as never before as we seek the heart of God and in one voice, proclaim "One Prayer.


Events coming soon

  • Extreme Makeover Workday Saturday, May 17, 7:30a-3p.  Breakfast at church at 7:30a.
  • Connect Sunday Sunday, May 18, after second service.  Includes farewell party for Pastor Chris and Susie White.  Proceeds from event to help send youth to summer camp.
  • Phoenix Covenant Churches Mini-Celebration Sunday May 18, 5:30-7:30p.  Join in with Covenant Churches from all over Phoenix as we celebrate what God  is doing in our region and our conference.
  • New Members service Sunday, June 1, Sunday, both services.  We will receive new members into our community.
