What we're about
- We are interested in studying the Word of God directly, chapter by chapter. We do what is called a “Chapter Summary” on the chapter of interest in advance of the particular study time (on our own time).
- We outline it, select a theme/title and a key verse. We write down what the chapter meant to us, how we might apply it to our lives (optional) and select a verse to commit to memory.
- The intent is to make the Word of God available to the Holy Spirit to transform us into Christ likeness and to renew our spirit.
- When we get together we share what the Lord gave to us in our individual study, and discuss how, what each of us has brought, can be useful to us.
