GROW Groups

We all need to grow...and we need to do it together! In an ideal world, our time together on Sunday mornings would fully meet that need, but the truth is, we all learn by being in community together. Here is a listing of opportunities at Hope for building relationships, learning, spiritual growth, and just having a good time.

Being in community beyond the larger experience on Sunday mornings is so important that we believe that every person calling Hope their church home should be regularly involved in at least one GROW Group!

What is a GROW Group?

A GROW Group is a group of people who come together on a regular basis to provide a place for connection, discipleship and support in community with others.  These groups meet either weekly or every other week to study the Word, pray together and provide a level of mutual accountability, and during the year also find areas where they can serve together.  Each GROW Group is under the direction of an identified leader who has committed to assisting the group in their progress toward being fully devoted followers of Christ. 

 

Why do we have GROW Groups?

The mission of GROW Groups at Hope Covenant is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ by providing places for them to meet God, grow in their faith through being part of a genuine Christian community, and be empowered to carry God’s love to others in the church as well as into the world using their natural abilities, acquired skills and spiritual gifts.

I have childcare issues in coming to a group... can you help?

Many of our groups already have childcare arrangements figured out for those who attend their group. All HopeGroups have access to financial support to help hire babysitters for those attending the group! Contact Pastor Brandon for details.
